Starcrown Partners – Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program
1. DEFINITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — the “Terms”) regulate the participation of legal entities and individuals (hereinafter — the “Affiliate”) in the Starcrown Partners Affiliate Program (hereinafter — the “Program”).
The Program is organized by a company operating under offshore legislation (Curaçao, Anjouan, and other jurisdictions).
By registering for the Program, the Affiliate agrees to these Terms, confirms that he/she has carefully read them, and undertakes to comply with them
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate confirms that he/she is at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and capable of making independent decisions.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Program — the Starcrown Partners affiliate program organized for the promotion of the advertiser’s online products in the iGaming sector.
Affiliate — a legal entity or an individual registered in the Program to attract users to the advertiser’s products through the placement of advertising materials.
Advertiser — a company providing online gaming products and cooperating with Starcrown Partners to promote such products.
Products — the advertiser’s online services and gaming platforms.
Advertising Materials — banners, text ads, links, landing pages, and other promotional materials provided or approved by Starcrown Partners.
Traffic — users attracted by the Affiliate to the advertiser’s products through the use of advertising materials.
Fraudulent Traffic — traffic generated through deception, prohibited promotional methods (including automated bot-driven methods), stolen resources (e.g., hacked websites), or other misleading practices.
3. Participation in the Program
3.1. RTo participate, the Affiliate must register on the official Program website and receive confirmation from Starcrown Partners.
3.2. Starcrown Partners reserves the right to reject any registration without explanation.
3.3. The Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate information during registration, including correct payment details for commission payouts.
3.4. The Affiliate is fully responsible for maintaining the security of login credentials and account data.
4. Obligations of the Affiliate
The Affiliate undertakes to:
use only approved advertising materials;
provide complete information about the advertising materials and platforms used, including links and visual demonstrations of placements;
not engage in spamming or use prohibited traffic sources;
not mislead users about the advertiser’s products;
not use the brands, trademarks, or domain names of the advertiser or Starcrown Partners without prior written consent;
comply with applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where advertising activities are carried out;
not generate traffic from prohibited sources (bots, incentivized traffic, click farms, stolen resources, underage content, etc.);
ensure transparency and accuracy in reporting advertising activities.
5. Rights and Obligations of Starcrown Partners
Starcrown Partners has the right to:
suspend or terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program if these Terms are violated;
block and disregard fraudulent traffic;
annul commissions generated by fraudulent traffic or in violation of these Terms;
in cases where generated traffic shows low average deposits and poor player activity, recalculate traffic under the RevShare 40% model. A “low deposit” means deposits ranging from 15 to 40 EUR, and “low activity” means when more than 50% of players did not make a second deposit within 30 days.
Starcrown Partners undertakes to:
process Affiliate registration requests and make a decision within 1 business day (Monday–Tuesday) during business hours (08:00–18:00 GMT);
pay commissions for generated traffic monthly between the 15th and 23rd inclusive for the previous reporting month;
provide the Affiliate with a correct referral link for product promotion according to the agreed commission model;
ensure the Affiliate has access to three commission models:
CPA (cost per acquired player),
RevShare (percentage of the advertiser’s profit),
Hybrid (a combination of CPA and RevShare);
provide the Affiliate with information about the promoted product;
provide the Affiliate with an advertising offer including advertising restrictions, KPIs, payment model with rates, targeted countries, and advertiser’s products.
6. The minimum payout amount depends on the selected payment method:
6.1. Subject to your adherence to the provisions of the Affiliate Agreement, you will earn Commission in accordance with the Commission Structure. We retain the right to change the Commission percentage and method of calculation of Commission in accordance with this paragraph.
e-currencies via ERC network — from 400 EUR;
e-currencies via TRC network — from 50 EUR;
bank transfer — from 1000 EUR.
6.2. All commission settlements are made in Euros (EUR).
6.3. In case of currency conversion for calculation purposes, the exchange rate from xe.com on the settlement date will be applied.
6.4. Payouts are made within the timeframe specified in Section 5 of these Terms.
6.5. Any commissions generated in violation of these Terms shall be considered invalid and will not be paid.
7. Tracking System
7.1. Traffic tracking and commission calculation are carried out through tracking systems: Affilka, Referon, and other third-party platforms that may be implemented by Starcrown Partners.
7.2. If Affilka, Referon, or any other third parties make errors in displaying or calculating the Affiliate’s commissions, Starcrown Partners shall not be held responsible for such incidents.
7.3. In commission calculations, payouts, or any disputes, the official tracking systems of Starcrown Partners shall be considered the sole and final source of truth, not any external tools or third-party trackers.
8. Liability of the Parties
8.1. The Affiliate is fully responsible for the content and placement of advertising materials, as well as for complying with applicable laws during promotional activities.
8.2. Starcrown Partners shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the Affiliate in connection with participation in the Program.
8.3. In the event of a violation of these Terms, Starcrown Partners has the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program. In this case, all commissions generated by the Affiliate shall be considered invalid and will not be paid.
9. Confidentiality
9.1. All information obtained by the Affiliate during participation in the Program (including reports, cooperation terms, and provided materials) is confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
9.2. The confidentiality obligation remains in force even after the Affiliate’s participation in the Program is terminated.
10. Amendments to the Terms
Starcrown Partners reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Updated Terms will be published on the official Program website and shall become effective upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of offshore jurisdictions (Curaçao, Anjouan). Any disputes shall be subject to resolution in the competent jurisdictional authorities.
